Oh my gosh I swear that I am living in the wrong time. I want to have dresses and skirts that have petticoats so elegance it made women feel like a woman. :) So wanting this!!!! Please...
To be honest, it doesn't look that hard to make. The pain would be getting all the pieces. However one woman gave up after 3 tries and bought one for 70 bucks!
